Was the Tunguska Event a Meteor?

Over the years I’ve read many explanations of the famous Tunguska event where an enormous explosion occured near the Tunguska River in Siberia on 30 June 1908. This explosion has been described as a nuclear blast, a UFO crash, a meteor, and a collison of dimesions. Now Scientists have identified a possible crater left by the biggest space impact in modern times. Of course this article takes a normal slant on the explanation, but read it all here and decide for yourself.
